Had a great day on Sunday at the UKBFF Muscle Talk show in Bedford. It was a busy day helping some friends out backstage and also doing some promotional work for Golds gym, I even got to present some trophies (see pic) The only thing that spoilt it was the worst decision I have ever seen that robbed my good friend Richie Goodwin in the Under 90kgs, he accepted the result much better than most would have but I did feel for him. All is going well with everyone else that I'm coaching, Danny is 5 weeks out and spot on. It's nice being off season but everyone keeps on telling me that I have to do the UKBFF Britain again in October, I'm leaning that way now I must admit.Tuesday, 28 June 2011
